Andrea P. Reyes
Andrea P. Reyes is an Immigration Attorney and owner of Reyes Legal, PLLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Born in Colombia, Ms. Reyes graduated from Florida State University and in 2012 from the Florida Coastal School of Law with Pro Bono Honors. In 2014, she opened her solo practice and for the past eight years has been focused on family-based immigration, humanitarian-based immigration, and deportation defense.
Ms. Reyes is cofounder of the Northeast Florida Immigrant Resource Alliance (NEFIRA). She is a frequent speaker at rallies and marches and provides free Know Your Rights trainings to immigrant communities. She shared her advocacy journey is a 2021 FSCJ TEDx talk entitled “No One is Illegal.”
Ms. Reyes currently serves as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Jacksonville Regional Vice Chair where she is the liaison to the Jacksonville USCIS Field Office. Andrea has been a presenter of the “We are Duval” program, designed to help Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officers practice behaviors that improve the lives of minorities and immigrants. Between 2015–2017, Andrea was an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, teaching Interviewing & Counseling Clinic for Human Trafficking Survivors. Since 2017, Andrea has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Chapter for (AILA).
Andrea was recently selected as the Northeast Florida “Abogada Titular” for the Mexican Consulate in Orlando. She was designated as the NE Florida Immigration Consultant Attorney for the Immigration Customs and Enforcement’s Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) and the Electronic Monitoring Device (EMD) Program.
When not busy at Reyes Legal, PLLC, or engaging in community outreach, Andrea loves spending time with her friends and family.
