In an effort to provide health care access to those struggling to make ends meet, a new health care clinic is working to lift the burden off families.

After 20 years in downtown Jacksonville, Volunteers in Medicine's main free clinic is moving to a location on Philips Highway, closer to many low-income, uninsured patients.
